The Firm charges fees on the value according to Italian mandatory rules on Lawyers’ fees (D.M. 3th April 2014, n.55).
The Clients will also be charged with all reimbursable costs (disbursement) – anticipated on their behalf (and previously agreed and approved if relevant) – plus 15,00 % overheads and fiscal duties (22% value added tax and 4 % italian Lawyers social contribution on the fee).
